Leo's Library Services provides instruction, searches, and reservations at Bonham Academy. The school itself has been providing educational services in San Antonio’s King
Williams, Lavaca, and Southtown communities for over 130 years.

 

The Dual Language (English/Spanish), Environmental Sciences and Fine Arts are spearheading the curriculum, attracting students from all over San Antonio to its K-8 Charter, an in-school charter of the San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD). With its recent addition to the Middle School Dual Language Program, the library collection is transforming to support and enrich the curriculum.

 

The student body and faculty are culturally diverse religiously (Catholic, Jew, Muslim, etc.), ethnically (Native Americans, Hispanics, etc.), Latinx (Colombianos, Puerto Riqueños, Mexicanos, Brasileños, etc) and socioeconomically leading to very different points of views, interest, and abilities.
